If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our website, palush.com, you may request a refund only if the item(s) were received damaged and/or if incorrect items were shipped. Eligible returns must be within 14 days of confirmed receipt delivery; we will provide a full merchandise refund in the original form of payment. Products that are eligible for return must be returned with the original packaging, with hang tag(s), unused, and in the same condition as when the product was received. All eligible returns must have proof of purchase in order to process the return request.
Clearance items, final sale items, and products purchased via discount coupons or gift cards will not be eligible for a return. Please keep in mind, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to 12 business days from the time the return is received at our facility. Please note that only Pälùsh products purchased from palush.com can be accepted for return.
