What is Pälùsh?
Pälùsh is a high-end beauty company that offers an array of high-quality brushes from our signature line. We will be offering sponges and applicators at a future date, as well as, adding a cosmetic and skincare line by Pälùsh.
Does Pälùsh use synthetic hair, natural hair or both?
As of right now, Pälùsh provides only synthetic bristles for our brushes but we may be looking to expand into natural hair in the near future.
Besides makeup brushes, does Pälùsh offer anything else?
Pälùsh offers elegant looking high-quality makeup brushes. We will soon be adding sponges and applicators to our inventory. Pälùsh also offers a 7 piece makeup brush collection called, Bella Âme, which consists of our 7 flagship brushes.
How can I be informed of upcoming news and changes?
Pälùsh offers customers to sign up to a newsletter on the website, which is used to inform subscribers of upcoming events, promotions and other news related to all your beauty needs.

How durable are Pälùsh brushes?

Does Pälùsh test their products on animals?
No, Pälùsh does not test any of their products on animals. Our company and our products are 100% animal free and cruelty-free.
Can I work for Pälùsh?

Payment, Shipping & Orders
Are payments secured?
Yes, all your information is secured. We use a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is used for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.
What are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees depends on the location the purchases are being delivered to. Within the United States, the flat rate fee for standard delivery is $5.95. Shipments outside the United States have a flat rate fee of $34.95 for standard delivery.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). PayPal is also accepted as an alternative form of payment method.
Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once one has been placed. All orders submitted are processed immediately by Pälùsh.
How do you ship your product?
We here at Pälùsh will ship your purchases via USPS. You will be provided with the shipping details and tracking number if applicable.
Do you ship to every country?
No, we do not ship to every country. The countries that we do not ship to include:
